Brett, from Middle Country Mechanical, came out to address an AC issue on steamy, rainy Friday night. He was beyond polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that my mother had cool air for the weekend. Brett was exceptional as he even had to brave the weather conditions and worked late into the evening to ensure everything worked.
